CUSTOM ORDER AND ARTWORK TERMS
These Custom Order and Artwork Terms apply to custom samples, personalized products, bulk custom orders, digital mockups and custom quotes provided by Streamer Specialist. They supplement the store's Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
1. ARTWORK OWNERSHIP AND AUTHORIZATION
By submitting artwork, the customer confirms that they own the artwork or have authorization to reproduce it for the requested products.
The customer grants Streamer Specialist and its production and fulfillment providers a limited license to use the submitted artwork only as reasonably necessary to prepare mockups, manufacture the order, provide support and complete delivery.
The customer is responsible for claims arising from artwork submitted without proper authorization.
2. MOCKUPS
Digital mockups are visual approximations intended to communicate the proposed design. They are not photographs of the final product.
Physical thread colors, towel colors, embroidery density, placement, scale and overall appearance may vary slightly from digital mockups because of materials, lighting, display settings and the embroidery process.
3. CUSTOMER APPROVAL
Production begins only after Streamer Specialist receives final written artwork approval and full payment.
Approval confirms the customer’s acceptance of the displayed:
- Spelling
- Logo and artwork details
- Layout
- Placement
- Towel colors
- Thread colors
- Quantities and color allocation
The customer is responsible for identifying errors or requested changes before approval.
4. CHANGES AFTER APPROVAL
Changes requested after written approval may require additional payment, delay production or restart the production timeline.
A requested change might not be possible after production begins.
5. QUANTITIES, COLORS AND ORDER DETAILS
The customer is responsible for providing accurate quantities, towel-color allocations, delivery information and design instructions.
Requested colors or combinations that are not offered as standard options remain subject to availability and written confirmation.
6. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Custom orders typically arrive within 3–4 weeks after written artwork approval, provided full payment has been received.
All production and delivery timeframes are estimates unless Streamer Specialist expressly guarantees a date in writing. Artwork revisions, holidays, supplier interruptions, carrier delays, weather, customs and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend the timeline.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND FINAL SALE
A custom order may be canceled only before written artwork approval and before production begins.
After written approval or the start of production, custom samples, personalized products and bulk custom orders are final sale and normally cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind.
8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If a custom order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the approved order, the customer must contact Streamer Specialist within seven days of delivery and provide:
- The order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the affected product and packaging
After reviewing the issue, Streamer Specialist may provide a replacement, remake, partial refund or refund as appropriate.
Minor differences that fall within the disclosed physical and on-screen variations are not necessarily defects.
9. RIGHT TO DECLINE ARTWORK
Streamer Specialist may decline artwork or an order that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening or otherwise inappropriate.
10. CUSTOMER ARTWORK AND MARKETING
The customer retains ownership of their submitted artwork. Streamer Specialist will not claim ownership of that artwork.
Customer artwork or completed custom products will not be used in public marketing without the customer’s permission, except where otherwise authorized in writing.
11. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER POLICIES
These terms are incorporated into the Streamer Specialist Terms of Service. If a conflict concerns a custom product, these Custom Order and Artwork Terms control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
