How do I get started with a custom towel order?
The easiest way to start is to submit the Request a Free Mockup & Quote form. Tell us about your project, upload your artwork, and we will review your request and follow up with a mockup, quote, or any necessary questions.
Is the digital mockup really free?
Yes. The Request a Free Mockup & Quote form is free to submit. It does not collect payment, create a cart order, or begin production. We review your project and contact you with the mockup, quote, or any necessary follow-up questions.
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. You can order one custom embroidered towel sample for $30 to see your approved design produced before committing to a bulk order.
What are the minimum order quantities?
- Bulk embroidered football streamer towels begin at 50.
- One embroidered football towel sample can be ordered.
- Rally, event, gym, fitness, and fully customized towel minimums depend on the specifications.
- Fully customized gym towel projects may require approximately 300 units.
Which towel colors are available?
Our standard embroidered football towel colors are Blue, Black, Pink, White, Red, Orange, Yellow, Purple, Volt, Sky Blue, Dark Grey, Navy, Neon Green, Beige, Burgundy, and Dark Green. Availability may vary by towel style, quantity, and customization method.
What artwork files do you accept?
Upload the best artwork available through the request form. Clear vector files such as SVG or PDF are preferred when available. If the form does not accept your file type, including AI, EPS, PNG, multiple files, or a large file, provide a Google Drive, Dropbox, or Canva link or email the files to orders@streamerspecialist.com.
How long does production take?
- Embroidered football streamer towels typically require approximately 3–4 weeks after written artwork approval and full payment.
- Rally, gym, fitness, and more complex custom projects may require approximately 4–6 weeks.
- All turnaround times are estimates rather than guarantees. If you have a firm deadline, submit it before ordering so we can confirm feasibility.
When does production begin?
Production begins only after we have received written artwork approval and full payment for the order. Submitting the Request a Free Mockup & Quote form does not begin production.
Can I order bulk embroidered football streamer towels directly through the store?
Yes. The custom embroidered football streamer towels product page offers 50-, 75-, and 100-towel packages. For other quantities or towel types, use the Request a Free Mockup & Quote form.

What is your return policy?
Custom orders are produced to your approved specifications and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a production error on our part. Please review your digital mockup carefully before approving.
