1. Share Your Idea & Project Requirements
Tell us how the towels will be used, your estimated quantity, required arrival date and delivery location. Include any artwork, sketches, reference images or design notes you have. If you are unsure which towel fits, we can help with selection.
2. Review the Recommended Towel, Mockup & Quote
Review the proposed towel format, customization approach and digital mockup alongside your custom quote. Sizes, materials, attachments and other options are confirmed for your project. Minimum quantities vary by project.
Ask questions or request revisions before approving. Share a firm deadline at the start so feasibility can be considered during quoting.
3. Approve the Artwork & Order Details
Check spelling, logos, colors, placement, quantities and delivery details carefully. Confirm the final artwork and order details in writing.
Production begins only after written artwork approval and the payment requirements in your quote have been met.
4. Production & Delivery
Custom towel orders generally take 3–7 weeks after written artwork approval and the payment requirements in your quote have been met. A more accurate production and delivery timeline will be confirmed for each order.
We coordinate production and delivery around the approved project details. The general timeline is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
